2003 6120 Hello all!
I am currently sat here in England awaiting my first set of TV Classics!
They should land on my door mat real soon and I can't wait. They are going in to my 2003 Gretsch 6120.
I love the guitar as it is but im so sick of whistleing feedback every time i play a gig. I also find the stock Filtertrons a bit to quiet. I decidled to go for the TV Classics as I don't want to lose any treble/twang.
Anyone fitted Classics to a similar Gretsch? How do they sound?
Please give me your tips and opinons.

Hi,
i put classic trons in my pro jet. This pushed the guitar from the cheapworld into a higher class. More sustain, great sound.
Now i will do the same with my 6120.
So, you can“t do anything wrong.

Hey There!
I have a 99 Hot Rod with the stock Japanese made filter trons. I never have any feedback issues and I can get LOUD! I play thru a '67 Fender Super Reverb. I also had a 99 Setzer Signature 6120 with TV Jones Classics. Never any feedback.
I wouldn't worry about the feedback with the TV Jones.
Enjoy the new pickups!
