Electromatic I put the supertrone in the neck position and the powertron in the bridge position on my Electro.. My question is... what is the correct distance from the strings for the pickups??? I know it causes problems if you get to close and also not close enough.. Thanks Bill

Yes I would be glad to post some picks, but this is my first time in here and I dont know how to post them... The improvement over the pickups that came in the Electro is unbelievable, I still need to move the pickups a little closer but they sound really great. I will post some pick very soon. Thanks Bill

If you go to www.tvjones.com click on "tech specs" button then Pickup Height Adjustments you'll see some measurements.

How does that Bar birdge work for you? is the intonation as good as the stock? I am thinking about getting one also for my 5120. I ws told that it adds a bit of sustain and gets rid of the potential bridge buzzing and string breaking.

That guitar sure looks good!! I really dig the original woodwork on it. Sure one of a kind. I also put the rocking bar on mine and I have no trouble with it. I feel it gives me more sustain...and it stays in tune. A graphite nut will make it perfect. I've just received one to put on mine.
