G5120 Powertron and Classic?
I'm thinking of powertron in bridge with a classic (or supertron) at the neck position? Anyone have any thoughts? I haven't seen this combo talked about a lot. any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I have a similar thought; but thinking of a Supertron instead, but with the Super at the neck position. What I was wondering though, was would a person be better off going with a Classic+ as the "other" pup since its' sound may be a bit closer to the Super or Powertron, and help with the overall balance? ....in my case; the Super/Classic configuration could be fun since that's what was on my 65' Gent which I sold back in the 70s. It sounded really nice, but the Gent was a closed design compared to the open big box of the 5120.
