Gretsch Spectrasonic now valuable??
As a guitar repair guy I am really feeling the pinch of our economy and its hard right now to get anyone to spend that extra cash to have me install tvjones in their guits...so I fear I have to let my own spectrasonic go to pay the shop bills. I'm wondering now if this guitar has a "value" above the average gretsch since you cannot get it from gretsch anymore and Toms supreme is a top dollar machine? Think I can sell mine for at least what I've got into it? :wink: I swapped in locking sperzels and a powertron+ in the bridge with a tone-o-matic drillled aluminum saddled abr-1. man I love this guitar and have used it to awe and astound potential customer installs as my clients are mostly gigging musicians...BUT survival is speaking really loud....gonna miss this gal
