Has anyone put TV Classics in a tele yet?
I have some TV Classics on order for my MIM tele (Classic Plus for the bridge). I was curious if anyone has done the mod and what they think about it. I can't wait to get mine in.

Well they're awesome, completely and utterly awesome. Mr. Jones needs to come out with the TV Bigsby, a Bigsby bridge with space for a TV Classic. Yes, do that please! :)

Like this, but for the Classic. That'd be awesome!

Hi All, I have fitted TV Jones Classic into the bridge of a Warmoth Tele. It was a whim after trying out some Korean Gretschs at our local emporium. I had been listening to a lot of Wilburys and Petty stuff and really like the guitar tones so ordered a bridge Classic over the net. I have matched it up with two Fender Strat pickups for a variation on the Nashville Tele. It works fine and really well integrated even though I stayed with 2x250k pots to match the S/Cs. The volume differences are manageable and the in-between sound of the TV Classic and Mid posisiton Strat give a dryer quack. I have it wired so thet the middle position on the switch hooks up the bridge and neck for a Tele sound - that really works well. What I really like is the combination of grunt and chime, certainly different to the Bill Lawrence humbucker that sat there previously, and a long way from a Tele bridge pickup - I have a 74 Fender Tele.
