Installation/matching questions for an Epiphone Riviera MIJ
I have a killer Epiphone Elitist Riviera (335 semi hollow style with Gibson Mini Humbuckers) that I'd like to install a TV Jones pickup in the bridge position. I'd like bridge position to be more usable. I like the stock Gibson USA Mini humbucker in the neck, so my two questions are (1) What TV Jones model will match well with the mini in the neck? and (2) The way the mini hums are installed on the Riviera are standard Gibson mini hums with square shouldered four screw mounting rings. I am not opposed to some slight routing if necessary, but I'd like to keep this to a minimum. What's the best mounting option to keep the modification as clean as possible? Thanks!
