Replacing a HiLo on a 6124 Reissue
Like I stated I have a Gretsch 6124 Anniv. Reissue I recieved for my grandpa, now I don't play rock-a-billy music but I love the look of the guitar. I was wondering what pickups I could possibly replace the HiLo with atleast I think its a HiLo. Thanks

If the guitar has Hilo'tons you would need to rout cavities to mount Filter'trons. I recommend adjusting the body of the Hilos closer to the strings. Thanks, TV Jones
