The Stratotronic??
So i've got this mexican Strat that plays really great, but i'm not much of a Strat guy. Here's a quickie photoshopped concept of what i'm thinking of: Powertrons N&B and a Dimarzio Pro Track in the middle (i have one in an alder tele middle and it gets a great lead/solo tone.) Five way switch (N; N&B; M; M&B;B) and two knobs, maybe concentrics(MV/MT, NV/BV.) What do you think? The "Stratotronic?"

That's awesome! Are you thinking TV Classic in the neck and Classic Plus in the bridge? That baby would have a myriad of tones. From a distance the middle pickup would almost not be visible. very cool idea!

i had initially figured on Powertrons for both, but on second thought i may put a classic in the neck, then again, i'm unsure. i am planning on two concentric pots where the strat tone knobs will be. The lower will have neck and bridge volumes pre-switch and the nearer master tone & volume so basically a duo jet control setup. i'm putting a treble bleed on the master volume for sure. There will also be a switch to kick the bridge pickup into the master so i can run neck & bridge and all 3 together. What about getting the TV'Tron Humbucker size mount in white? would that look cooler? Maybe i should mock that up as well.
