TV' Tron Classics
I have a dot studio and I pulled the stock humbuckers out of the surrounds. The only problem im running into is that the holes for the screws to go through in the wings of the TV'Tron are smaller than the holes in the wings of the stock humbucks...did anyone else run into a similar problem? I dont know what size screw to use for the wings of the TV'Trons...I cant find any

You can just enlarge the holes slightly, can you fit even the tip of the old screw into the new TV'Trons? If you can fit any part of the old screw in, just screw or drill it as normal pushing hard on it until it digs its way in. It should make a nice clean hole there, and should work nicely. If you can't fit that old screw in at all, then you should take a trip to your hardware store, they should have the right screws in stock. Trial and error I guess. Good luck dude!

i guess it will be a trip to the hardware store....i cant fit any part of the old screw.....its funny how the smallest things set you back haha i never thought id have to stop for a small thing like a screw...haha......but at least its an easy fix thanks for the wishes BigAl
